The purpose of this role is to support our Property Managers within a fast paced and supportive team where you will have every opportunity to develop your career, qualifications, and profile.You will fully support the Customer Account Managers by handling enquiries and requests from customers, clients and colleagues alike and workin a proactive, effective and accurate way.

The responsibilities for this role include: Answering email enquiries, check and respond to emailsReceive, record and deal with telephone enquiries in an efficient and professional manner. Report back to property owners on viewings and interested clients. Liaise with lawyers regarding properties and sales. Drawing up contracts and invoices for completions. Create the advertising of properties, decide where to advertise and monitoring on a weekly basis for ads which have response. Highlight important properties and improve ads quality for better visibility on portals. Contact potential new vendors through advertising portals, explaining the benefits and work method. Drive out for photos and videos of new properties to list. Edit photos and videos for advertising. Record monthly spreadsheets for statistical reasons. Draw conclusions on where to be more efficient. Database management – property, clients, paperwork, contacts. Organise weekly meetings (preferably Mondays to organise and have feedback on last week’s tasks and the new weeks challenges’). Draw up a list of on-going sales, take note of deadlines for payments, and notary dates. Write new articles for the websiteManage social media (Facebook) on a weekly basis, advertising new properties. Prepare spreadsheet for accountant with incoming and outgoing invoices. Manage holiday rentals: advertising on portals, answering enquiries, organising check-in /check-outs, arranging the cleaning, dealing with possible problems during the rentals.

To be successful in this role you will be a real team player, take pride in giving consistently excellent customer service and always communicate ina friendly and courteous manner. Having previous administration experience you be willing to learn and develop and have a ‘can do’ positiveattitude. Being highly organised you will prioritise your own workload and work in a methodical way.Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to sites as required.
